Every spring, the Congressional Institute sponsors a nationwide high school visual art competition known as "An Artistic Discovery" to recognize and encourage artistic talent in the nation and in each congressional district. Students in grades 9-12 are encouraged to participate. Winners could have their work displayed in the capitol and win a trip to Washington, D.C. See rules below.
