With two weeks left of the school year for the 2025 seniors, they took a group picture in our cap and gowns to remember all the memories shared at Collinsville High School. As they get ready to take the group photo, they are able to look around at their friends and commemorate their hard work that got them where they are. After the pictures, they journeyed to the elementary building to the senior walkthrough. The walkthrough is where all the seniors walk through the elementary school and recall their early school memories. As they walked the elementary building, not only did they remember their past but passed on encouraging sentiments to the younger students.
The younger kids look at the seniors and imagine themselves graduating as well. The seniors are a walking demonstration that with 13 years of hard work the younger students can also graduate and head into the real world. After the walk through, the seniors went back into the auditorium to get ready for the yearbook picture. While they waited for everyone, the different groups of friends got together to take pictures with each other so that they could remember this day. Seniors only have two weeks left and want to soak up all their time with their friends, classmates, and teachers. Even if it is just a day of pictures to some, for seniors, it was one day closer to graduation and never coming back to high school again.
