Senior Spotlight: Alina Alvarez Cornejo

Alina has played on the Girls Varsity Soccer team since seventh grade, and now, as a Senior, she is a captain that continues to lead by example. Alina is a quiet, yet impactful leader that never complains and always has a positive attitude. She is a very versatile player that can play any position. She has played as a forward, a centre back, and a fullback and has excelled at each of those positions. Alina is the prime example that actions speak louder than words as she has grown into her leadership role over the years. As she prepares to graduate, her quiet leadership will be missed; however, her influence and kindness have set a high standard that will remain.
